I was born in Atlanta, Ga. and have lived here my entire life. I graduated from the University of Georgia in 2002 with a BBA in Management Information Systems. After that I followed my dreams of becoming a lawyer and obtained my Juris Doctorate from Georgia State College of Law in 2005 where I served as Student Bar Associate President and was the graduation student speaker. Currently I am working as an Attorney with King & Spalding. Through out the years I helped to start a small company that serves as a marketing, fundraising and social promotion for young professionals, The J3 Group. Also, I created Pendant Choice Consulting which provides marketing and business consulting. I’ve always had a strong interest in politics and have worked on a few campaigns including serving as an Ambassador for Mayor Kasim Reed, a member of the finance committee of Generation 44 and the current social chairman for the Young Democrats of Atlanta. I also have to opportunity to serve on the Atlanta board of the New Leaders Council for young progressive leaders. When I have available free time I enjoy performing community service with Hands on Atlanta doing a variety of events that are available and am a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
